TOUR MEMBERS ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

TOUR DEPOSIT
A non-refundable deposit of RM 500.00 – RM 1,000.00 is required upon booking. The balance of full payment must be made within fifteen days (15) days before the date of departure for Free Independent Traveller (FIT) tour packages and thirty (30) days for group tours packages. If booking is made less than 15 days before departure, the whole amount must be paid upon booking and confirmation. A failure to comply with this requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Tour Members’ Responsibilities
A tour member must have: –
 * An international passport or other recognized travel documents which should be valid for at least 6 months from the date of return to country of origin;
 * The necessary visa, vaccination and health certificates as required by the various authorities of the countries to be visited.

Company’s Responsibilities
The Company undertakes to: –
 * Advise tour members on what documentation is required;
 * Wherever possible, assist passengers in obtaining the necessary visa. However, the company cannot guarantee the approval of any visa application.

Relevant Fees and Charges
Service charges and visa fees levied shall be borne entirely by the tour members.

Rejection of Visa or Travel Documents
If for any reason, the application for visa or necessary exit permit is rejected, a refund of tour fare will be made less administrative fees. (If the visas already done, passenger has to bear the fees).

Refusal Entry
The company shall not be held responsible or liable for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of tour prices if any tour member is refused entry or deported by immigration authorities resulting from the possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or other causes, or whose behavior and activities are considered to be detrimental by a foreign government.

TOUR INFORMATION AND PRICES
(1) Prices shown are current at the time of publication. Tour information and the price list from part of the brochure. The prices are subject to change due to increase in airfares, other transportation costs, hotel rates, exchange rates, government tax, etc. Therefore the company reserves the right to increase prices on condition that it informs the customers accordingly before the confirmation of the tour.

(2) The company covenants for the following to be included in tour fare:-
– Return air ticket, not including all airport taxes and whatever applicable taxes.
– All meals, sightseeing and other items as specified in the itinerary.
– All Sightseeing tours and transfer are based on sit-in-coach basis.
– Hotel accommodation, based on: –
  (a) Twin sharing basic (2 persons to a room)
  (b) Single supplement (person staying alone-the person concerned must pay the single room supplement)
  (c) Triple sharing (3 persons traveling together). For a group of three persons, accommodation is based on triple sharing basis where applicable.

(3) Child Tour Fare:-
Eligibility: Based on a child who is 2 years but not more than 12 years of age on the date of departure from  Malaysia. Child fare is based on sharing a twin room with two adults. Supplement will apply for a child who occupies a room with only one adult.

(4) Items not included in the tour fare are:-
– Passport
– Excess Baggage Charge
– Laundry, Food, Beverage room services or other purely personal natures and optional tours.
– Optional excursions
– Airport and hotel porter fees.
– All items of a personal nature

AMENDMENT TO RETURN FLIGHT
(a) All times, tour members may request for a change in the returning flight to a later date. This is subject to the airlines conditions, ticket validity, additional charges and seat availability etc. Any such additional charge imposed by the airline will be borne by the tour member.
(b) Reverting to the original tour schedule may be difficult once the extension of stay/deviation has been confirmed.
(c) When the extension of stay/deviation cannot be confirmed, passengers are deemed to be taking the original tour schedule.
(d) The ticket issued is a special ticket restricted to the specified airline only. It is non-reroutable and non-refundable. Any alteration of the routing or change of date by passenger is solely at his/her own risk. The Company and or its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expenses incurred. Transfer to airport will not be provided.

REFUND OF UNUSED SERVICES
No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilized by the tour member due to personal reasons.

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE
Free airline baggage allowance and hand carried baggage on board the aircraft is provided by the Airlines and the quantum and conditions may differ from one airline to another and from airport authority to another. The travel agent will advise passengers on the conditions.

POSSIBLE CHANGES
Airlines schedules or local conditions may require sightseeing tours, hotels and route to be changed. Should this occur, the company shall make alternative arrangement subject to local conditions.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
All tour members are advised & encouraged to purchase travel insurance coverage to safeguard themselves against trip/tour cancellation, curtailment, flight delays, lost of baggage, accidents, injury, sickness, medical hospitalization and any other unforeseen circumstances.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY OF COMPANY
BETTER CHOICE TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD and its associated agents act only as agents for the passenger and the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principals involved in this tour. All tickets, vouchers and documents issued are subject to the terms, conditions and contracts under which such transportation and other services are provided. The assume no responsibility for injury, illness, damage, accident, loss, delay, death or irregularities that may be caused to person or property. All bookings are subject to the usual terms, conditions and contracts of local ground operators. The Company reserves the rights to alter of modify timetable, carriers, itineraries and hotel accommodation in any way necessary in the interest of tour members or due to circumstances over which the operator has no control. If additional expenses are incurred through delays, accidents, or disruption of the advertised schedules beyond the control of the operator, such expenses must be borne by the passengers.

The Company does not accept any liability in contract or in tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience cause directly or indirectly by events which are beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on its part including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or of any authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action. The passage contract in use by the transportation companies or firms concerned shall constitute the sole contract between transportation companies or firms and the purchasers of these tour and/or passengers.

All tickets, coupons and order are furnished and subject in all respects to those terms and conditions under which means of transportation or other services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers, managing agents or agents.

BETTER CHOICE TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD reserves the rights to require any person to withdraw from the tour if it is deemed that his acts or conduct is offensive to or incompatible with the comfort of other clients and BETTER CHOICE TRAVEL & TOURS SDN BHD shall be under no further liability thereafter to any such person.

Note: Better Choice Travel & Tours reserves the right to publish or print any photographic materials taken during the tour for advertising, promotional and other purposes, in any manner, in any and all media, now or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration, notification or permission.
